The rattling on the other had could be a problem. When the rattling is happening stop the graphics card fan using a straw or a pencil and see if the rattle goes away. WebThe fans spin just fine when the card is removed from my PC and show no signs of actually hitting anything, same goes for when they spin at above 50%ish.
