WebDCS uses a weird way of applying gamma correction curve to linear gamma thus it cannot provide sRGB output. You can use reshade to remedy the problem a little bit but since Syria uses its own 3 different gamma curves for ground, trees and sky you need 2 different presets for reshade filters: One for syria and for the rest.
